# ValueETFs — public content access for AI agents

Canonical origin: https://lmssolution.net

## Discover and read the content

- Start with [llms.txt](https://lmssolution.net/llms.txt).
- [llms-full.txt](https://lmssolution.net/llms-full.txt) contains the public editorial text for the homepage, four market guides, blog directory, five articles, Privacy Policy and Contact page.
- [site-index.json](https://lmssolution.net/site-index.json) provides canonical URLs, descriptions, content and per-page Markdown links.
- [sitemap.xml](https://lmssolution.net/sitemap.xml) lists the public HTML pages. [robots.txt](https://lmssolution.net/robots.txt) permits crawling.

The content index is regenerated from the published page sources at each build. It covers ValueETFs, not the separate LMS MATLAB and research hub. Articles are dated analysis. The editorial export is not a live market-data feed.

## Search the public content

GET https://lmssolution.net/api/search?q=dividend%20yield&limit=5

Parameters: `q` is required, 1–500 characters. `limit` is optional, an integer from 1 to 20, default 8. Returns `query`, `updated`, `scope`, `total` and `results`. Results include `id`, `title`, `kind`, `market`, `description`, `url`, `markdownUrl`, `score` and `excerpt`.

Search uses keyword relevance over public titles, descriptions, metric descriptions and page text. The relevance score is not an investment score. It does not generate answers or search live instrument rows.

Read a result's full text using its `markdownUrl`, or retrieve the record as JSON:

GET https://lmssolution.net/api/content/india-etfs

Use IDs returned by search or the structured index. Unknown IDs return 404. These content endpoints support GET, HEAD and OPTIONS, allow cross-origin public reads and need no API key.

## NLWeb-style list retrieval

GET https://lmssolution.net/ask?query=Indian%20ETF%20valuation&mode=list&streaming=false

POST https://lmssolution.net/ask with `Content-Type: application/json`:

```json
{"query":"How do interest rates affect ETFs?","mode":"list","streaming":false,"limit":5}
```

Returns `query_id`, `query`, `mode`, `site`, `content_snapshot`, `total` and `results`. Each result includes `url`, `name`, `site`, `score`, `description`, `markdownUrl` and a Schema.org `schema_object`. Descriptions come from the public source text.

This is a lightweight implementation of NLWeb's list-retrieval request and result format, not the full NLWeb reference stack. Only `mode=list` is supported; summarise/generate modes, conversational history, vector search and MCP are not implemented. An agent can retrieve source-linked results and use its own model to formulate an answer.

Optional parameters: `limit` (1–20), `query_id` (1–128 letters, digits or `_.:-`), `site` (`ValueETFs` or `lmssolution.net`) and `decontextualized_query` (a caller-supplied standalone query). `streaming` defaults to true: the response uses server-sent `data:` events with `message_type=result_batch`, followed by `message_type=complete`. Set it to false or 0 for a single JSON response. JSON POST bodies are limited to 8192 bytes. GET, HEAD, POST and OPTIONS are supported. The endpoint is read-only and allows public cross-origin access.

## Read current accepted market snapshots

- USA ETFs: https://lmssolution.net/api/valuations
- Indian indices and ETFs: https://lmssolution.net/api/india-valuations
- Global markets excluding USA and India: https://lmssolution.net/api/global-valuations

Use the `rows` array and snapshot timestamps returned by these APIs. In the Indian response, filter `Asset Type` to `Index` or `ETF`; keep the segments separate. The latest accepted snapshot may be retained while the source recalculates. Do not treat a fetch time as the data's effective time, or replace N/A with zero. Respect price basis, currency, proxy exposure and metric applicability. These APIs are suitable for server-side HTTP tools; their existing browser-origin policy is unchanged.

## Access and interpretation

No Google sign-in, sheet identifier or service-account credentials are required to read these public resources. The interfaces cannot place trades, edit sheets, change data, send messages or access visitor accounts. Educational information does not constitute investment advice. `llms.txt` and these interfaces help agents discover content; they do not guarantee indexing or recommendations by any search engine or AI provider.
